Storm in the passage near the entrance to the theater v Dlouhé. Art-deco-style palace has seven floors and Italian developer reconstructed last year the entire palace and is now offering expensive apartments. In two underground floors are parking spaces and the theater. The palace was built on the site of two medieval houses, which are first mentioned in archives in 1409. Dlouhá Street was at the time one of the busiest arteries of the Old Town, in the immediate vicinity of the corner building was one of the city gates. In 1689 both houses burned down. In the early 20th century the new building designed by the architect Paul Sydow from (1927 to 1929), the buider was Emil Sušický. Architect preserved the baroque facade in Dlouhá Street with a portal with a statue of an angel, perhaps by Matthias Braun. Angel statue is now housed in the repository.
