In Karlín neighbourhood on my way to a river side I have to cross rampart of huge office and commercial buildings. I hit on the groaning sound ranging far away around. The sound brought me close to underground garages of one of the commercial giants. It is probably climatization, engines will stop during the recording but ventilators and commercial interest grimly continue. Just behind the corner is rising extensive developer's project on Rohanský island. Recently fell the oldest prague factory "Rustonka". Even against the will of town hall developer heartlessly destroyed it. New office, commercial or residential projects are usually ugly, insensitive to environment, overlarge and they make a lot of noise. If all planned developer projects (unfortunately mostly already approved) will be realized in the centre and its closer surroundings, it will fundamentally change face, character and also sound picture of todays Prague.
