Between the Jižní Město (South Town) and the D1 highway is the Milíčov Forest. It is, next to the Hostivař Forest Park and the park in Průhonice, part of the Botič - Milíčov park complex. It is said that 540,000 visitors visit the Milíčov Forest every year and therefore it is one of the most visited parkforests in Prague. It was clear and freezing weather on Sunday, but the sun was warm and the drops of water were falling from the snow-covered branches. The roar of cars from the D1 motorway is well audible all over the forest to the ponds.
