recording of the streets from balcony, seemingly nothing is happening. at the opposite side of the street they are repairing the roof, there is some calling of kestrels, swifts, a dog, a magpie, one passing of the train, some cars, people chatting down on the pavement. Towards the end a scream of a child and retreat inside where the radio Vltava plays (again and again) classical music.
