The tunel for pedestrians under the Vítkov hill connects Žižkov and Karlín, two working class districts. It is 300 meters long and 30 meter degree of incline or decline. A pedestrian journey downhill to Karlín reminds a voyage through the worm hole from some science fiction film. The tunel curves in the middle and the sounds are reveberating and delying. The workers from Žižkov could shortcut their walk to the Karlín factories in 1953 when the tunel was acomplished. The tunel served as well (as most of underground Prague buildings) as an atomic shelter. The recording tracks the walk from Karlín to Žižkov and captures a group of a chatting young kids.
