the church of saint Jakob between Old Town Square and Náměstí Republiky in Malá Štupartská street, behind Ungelt. At the entrance is hanging human hand, referring to the old legend about the thief, who wanted to steal a statue of Maria. Holy Mother grasped his hand and didnt relese him untill the guards came in the moring.Another story connected to the church is about certain Jan z Mitrovic who was burried alive and the thirds goes about the famous hero Jan Tleskač from the book for boys by Jaroslav Folglar Stínadla se bouří.
