The football club FK Loko Vltavím started to play at Holešovice slaughterhouse after the First World War, but because of the regulation of Vltava in 1925 they have to leave. The club received a new place in Bubeneč, but it had to hand it over in the 1940 to the Prague German club Sportbrüder. Since then began the nomadic life across the Prague after many pitches. In 1948, the club merged with the Union Praha VII, in 1954 ZJ Spartak Krizik. In 1955 the club joined a local team TJ Dynamo Praha 7 - Transport, later renamed TJ Locomotive Prague. At that time was solved the problem of their own stadium. It was near the Gasworks area, where in 1956 was established a football field and the club is located here till today. Even when the club played in the lower leagues, the dress at the end of their careers carried famous footballers like Josef Bican or Václav Migas. In 2002, the team began to rise in the league. In 2005 it was renamed to FK Loko Vltavín. 2009 club advanced to the third highest national competition - CFL. The stadium Na Plynárně at the time had the capacity of 1500 seats. The greatest success of the club achieved in the season 2012/2013 when it advanced to the 2nd league.
