Stella Alchimica on Bílá hora
In 1555 the Emperor Ferdinand Ist had built one of Prague's on the hill of White Hill the "philosophical buildings" shaped as a hexagon . Because the Emperor was interested in magic and alchemy, the structure shaped on the exact math should be able to accumulate energy from the Universe. The design of the architecture reflects the heliocentric concept of the cosmological system of the early 16th century: the hexagram symbolizes the intersection of two equilateral triangles, it is dual opposing elements in balance. The four floors of the building symbolize four essential elements. The basement corresponds to Chtonic element Eath, the ground floor with five rays is the Water. The first floor is dedicated to Air and the second floor with a huge room - to Fire. As well the very special acoustics of the first floor seemed to prove the mystical and esoteric idea of the Airy spirits.
